Children’s Day 2025

Our school celebrated Children’s Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The morning assembly was conducted by the teachers, and Principal Didi inspired the students with a heartfelt address.

The celebration began with delightful activities for the younger classes: Musical Chair for Balvatika I, II & III of VKV Tingrai and Tengakhat Unit, followed by Go As You Like for Classes I & II. Class III students presented creative slogans, while Class IV delivered eloquent speeches.
Students of Classes IV to VII also set up well-organised food stalls, offering a range of homemade items. A drawing competition was held for Classes VI & VII, showcasing their artistic talents.
For the middle and senior groups, a salad-making competition was organised for Class VIII, adding a creative touch to the celebration. This was followed by an energetic football and kho-kho match for Class IX & X boys.
The day was filled with joy, talent, and vibrant spirit, making the celebration truly memorable for everyone.




NCC Classes

 The campus buzzed with enthusiasm on 30th October 2025, as the PI Staff of 10 Assam Bn. NCC, Dibrugarh graced Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Tingrai with an inspiring session on Drill, Rifle Handling and Firing. Their skilled demonstrations and motivating words ignited a spirit of courage and discipline among the students. It was an interactive experience where students eagerly clarified their doubts and learned valuable lessons on leadership, teamwork and national pride.



Sister Nivedita Jayanti 2025

 Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Tingrai celebrated Sister Nivedita Jayanti to honor and commemorate the remarkable life and works of Sister Nivedita for humanity.



WWGC 2025 in Mile Bronson Residential School, Guwahati.

 Wild Wisdom Global Challenge, an annual initiative by WWF- India since 2008,is an exciting and interactive program that invites students to derive into the fascinating world of biodiversity and wildlife conservation. This year's 18th edition, themed ' Incredible Insects ' focussed on the fascinating world of insects.

A total of 110 school with 220 students participated in the City Level of Assam State Finale of WWGC 2025 in Mile Bronson Residential School, Guwahati. From our school Priyadarshini Saikia and Antarip Gogoi of class IX participated in the City Level Quiz Competition with 10 bonus points from their BIOBLITZ activity.
